WORKING HOURS

Our working days range from Monday to Saturday – 9:30 am-6:30 pm.

We are closed on all Sundays, government holidays as well as festivals in line with the Government of Maharashtra.

We only take orders online and not through any other forms of digital media.

Our modes of payment are debit cards, credit cards, visa, master cards, rupay, UPI, Net-banking. In case anyone wants to pay through direct transfer to account, payment link can be furnished on request for the same.

We do not take responsibility for failure of online payment due to technical issues with regards to connectivity; however, we will try taking it up with the Payment Gateway for assistance in resolving the issue in the best interest of our customer. Any disputes regarding the payment of the card must be taken up with the customer’s bank while we will provide all necessary assistance to the customer.

Offers cannot be combined and only one coupon code can be applied at any given time. In case if there are any issues due to system failure the decision of the company will be final.

As our products include organically derived ingredients, they may react to varying climatic conditions, which is a normal occurrence.
